Casino Royale Night 2015

Casino Royale Night 2015 Presented by Haywood Healthcare Foundation

Excitement is brewing! Haywood Healthcare Foundation is gearing up for Casino Royale Night to be held on May 16, from 6-11:00 pm, at Maggie Valley Club and Resort in Maggie Valley, NC. While Casino Royale Night is still over a month away, save the date and mark your calendars for May 16. This is not an event you want to miss! This night is one-of-a-kind and offers an air of big city life to our small community. It’s much different than the regular activities in Haywood County such hiking, skiing, shopping and dining out.

Attendees will enjoy dancing, door prizes and heavy hors d’oeuvres. In the spirit of a casino night, our guests can play craps, poker, black jack and roulette. Our gaming chips have no monetary value and no currency will be used for gambling or prizes.

All proceeds from this year’s Casino Royale Night will go toward purchasing Narcan nasal spray and blister packs of non-prescription pain medications through our Drug Abuse Coalition. We will also be purchasing  AEDs (defibrillators) for Haywood County law enforcement. We pride ourselves on our fundraising events and are honored to host Casino Royale Night in an effort to provide life saving and life sustaining machines and medications. If you’re curious about the AEDs and blister packs, we described this campaign in length in a previous blog post.

Casino Royale Night is not new to our foundation. Before we transitioned to Haywood Healthcare Foundation, the HRMC Foundation held this unique event for years, and it was always a favorite among locals. As one of our three main annual fundraisers, the Foundation takes a lot of time in planning and coordinating Casino Royale Night to ensure it’s an amazing event for all. Who doesn’t want to get dressed up and have a blast while donating to a very worthy cause? If you would like to reserve a ticket, please call Marge Stiles, the Foundation’s Administrator, at (828) 452-8343.

We hope to see you there!
